Returns/Refund Policy
Tasty Batam is an online portal that sells all quality homemade products from Batam. We are not involved in manufacturing the products.
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final.
Tasty Batam will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.
Tasty Batam is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (Courier, Go-Jek or JNE), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. If your product is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents of the product and you will not be refunded.
If you wish for us to reship a fresh product, you will be charged 50% of the product cost plus the full cost of delivery/handling. Refunds for damaged goods can only be credited to the originating credit card.
For damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund by emailing our Customer Service department . To complete your refund, we require a e-receipt or proof of purchase. This incudes, order number, e-receipt, date of purchase, and reason that you're dissatisfied with the product. Our customer representative may ask for additional picture as the proof to be submitted.
Once request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days (this may vary from different banks).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
